On 13 and 15 March, Prof. Dr. Miro Cerar, Regional Dialogue Rule of Law advisor, Professor of Law at the University of Ljubljana, and former Prime Minister of the Republic of Slovenia, visited TSUL. He delivered a presentation on the fundamental principles of criminal law in the context of human rights and the Rule of Law, and the general impact of human rights on criminal law and its underlying principles.
