Quentin Reed

Dr. Quentin Reed, a UK and Czech citizen and residing in the latter since 1994, is an international anti-corruption/governance consultant with over 20 years of professional experience in research of corruption risks of complex governance systems, identification and managing conflict of interest, whistleblowing and policy/technical assistance. He followed up his prize-winning doctorate from Oxford University on corruption in transition countries with direct experience as an official at the Supreme Audit Office of the Czech Republic. Since 2000, he has conducted analyses and monitoring of anti-corruption/governance projects implemented by the European Commission, Council of Europe, World Bank, UNDP and OECD/Sigma and advised several governments on these issues. He is a founding member of the Czech chapter of Transparency International and has deep and broad anti-corruption experience across Central and Eastern Europe, the former Soviet Union, and the MENA region. He has worked in consultant, expert as well as team leader capacities. Since 2022 he has been supporting Uzbekistan’s reforms in the area of anti-corruption in the role of expert with Regional Dialogue.
